Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.

- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Borneo77 platform users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or conduct that contravenes Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By using the borneo77 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software or tools (bots, scripts, or similar) to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or exploit any security vulnerabilities within the borneo77 system.

4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the borneo77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered under the same name as the borneo77 account.
Deposits made using third-party payment methods (i.e. not in the registered user's name) may be declined and returned. borneo77 is not liable for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party eWallet providers.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods listed on the borneo77 platform.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the user account section and are subject to change at the platform's discretion.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or eWallet used for the deposit, for security purposes.
- Any suspicious transactions will be investigated and may result in a temporary suspension of the user's account pending the outcome of the investigation.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility.
